We are looking for a Service Coordinator. Individual will confirm completion of scheduled services, communicate with Store Managers / Crews, updating our system and third party databases. The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail, excellent customer service/communication skills and be proficient in MS Word / Excel.
Hours M-F 8:00AM -5:00PM
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Manage service tickets for assigned territory
- Documentation of services and any issues in our database and third party websites
- Perform call backs and reconfirmation services
- Send assigned work orders to crews
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
- Followup with crews for missing paperwork
- Cover emergency services on call one night per week and one weekend shift per month
- Answering phones
- Special Projects
- Sense of urgency
