Looking for a qualified individual familiar with all phases of apartment maintenance, rehabbing with 2 years + experience, including but not limited to the following:
- Electrical capabilities
- Plumbing capabilities
- Appliance repair
- Kitchen installation (cabinets,counters & appliance)
- Tile installation
- Cleaning capabilities
Must have the following to qualify:
- Clean background
- Valid Drivers License
- Vehicle and full set of tools
- Ability to read English
- Ability to lift & lower heavy objects (60 lb)
- Ability to climb tall ladders
-Must have H/vac experience
