Live-in On-site Building Manager, Full Time in Ocean Grove
Established management company in Ocean Grove is seeking a full time live-in Manager for a multifamily building one block from beach.
Requirements: Friendly, approachable, responsible and dependable. Have handy skills and willingness to learn new skills. Basic knowledge of Carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical are a plus. Responsibilities include taking out garbage, sweeping, mopping, preparing apartments for new tenants, handle routine repairs and tenants inquiries, Snow preparation and removal and more.
Be hard working, determined to solve problems and have strong communication skills.
Must be able to communicate effectively with our managers, suppliers, contractors, and tenants
Must be a good problem solver, extremely well-organized and detail-oriented professional with a high emphasis on the ability to communicate and follow-up on tasks through completion
Having a driving license is plus.
Could be someone young, motivated, semi retired, couple
