Hiring: Position available. Experienced and knowledgeable mortgage professional.
This is a full-time office position where you will use our competitive edge to evaluate, present and originate mortgages for our "in-house" referrals. Your ability to build a rapport with clients will contribute to your overall success. Your efforts will be supported by our professional staff. Knowledge of pricing and structuring loans, a plus.
Our mortgage professionals are rewarded for their accomplishments with a base salary, uncapped commissions, and an excellent benefits package which includes 401K, medical and dental.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a New Jersey MLO license.
- Provide every client with exceptional customer service.
- Achieve or exceed sales goals and objectives.
- Advise clients on purchase money and refinance mortgages.
- Assist clients through the loan application process.
