Retail Sales Associates are important ambassadors of The Emporium brand, at the front lines in our mission to provide world-class service to our customers. You’ll be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a neat, organized and clean sales floor, stocking and restocking merchandise, and supporting the management team with day-to-day store operations. Retail Sales Associates will work with an array of apparel areas: Ladies, Men, Youth, Jewelry, and Shoes.
Responsibilities:
+ Being warm and welcoming and dedicated to helping customers
+ Assisting customers with assorting outfits and trying on merchandise
+ Ensuring product is on the floor and sized appropriately
+ Ensuring all customers have a quick and efficient cash wrap experience.
+ Assisting in floor moves, display maintenance, and housekeeping
+ Performing other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time
Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule; including evenings, weekends and holidays as required. Physical requirements may include the ability to lift and move boxes weighing 25 lbs. and the ability to stand and walk the store for extended periods of time.

Compensation: Hourly wage depending on experience and discount on merchandize
