Are you a driven, motivated, sales professional?

We are in search of full-time highly skilled and talented salespeople for our high-volume boat dealership:

Prior boat sales experience is a plus, but not required as we will train the right candidate for a successful career in boat sales.

Sales representative job responsibilities include:

Follow up on all leads presented (via walk-ins, phone and email) in a timely and professional fashion.

Understand the general procedures and processes associated with the sales of new and used boats.

Acquire full knowledge of our product lines, features, and accessories available for purchase.

Responsible for closing the sale, educating the owner on how to use their new boat, and follow up after the sale.

Show product in the showroom, on the lot, at off-site displays or shows, and demonstrate boats on the water.

Actively participate in boat shows and on-site and off-site promotions and events.

Maintain CRM database.

Sales representative qualifications for success:

Excellent organizational and relationship skills, with a willingness to work as a team.

Motivation to sell.

Maintain a working knowledge of the sales market and always continue to educate yourself on new models and innovation for products we sell.

Proficient with Microsoft products/willingness and ability to learn new software and effectively utilize the internet and social media sites.

Ability to follow specific policies and procedures for lead management, sales and closings.

A general curiosity of how things work and the passion to continually learn about the latest offerings from our product partners.

Present a professional image.

Must be a talented, dedicated and energetic individual experienced in a retail operation of consultative sales.

Must be smart, coach-able, trainable, and willing to work our proven system.

Our Sales Environment:

Our sales offices are open Monday thru Saturday, Sunday rotation in-season.

Our sales team attends boat shows, off-site events, and maintains flexible working schedules.

We use a proven sales system.

Large inventory so you’re not selling out of a catalog.

Largest indoor, climate controlled showroom in New Jersey with 25 Boats indoors all winter.
