This posting should really be in the skilled tradesĀ section, but Im trying here because this unique job opportunity is just as focused on up-selling as it is carpet cleaning. Looking for someone who isnt scared of a skilled service job that is just as much sales. Ill train the right person on how to clean carpets. Im a one man show with a fantastic up and coming brand. Lots of repeat customers. To date, I only own a single van, and I clean carpets, upholstery and tile to a wide section of central & north Jersey, and the Jersey Shore. Im basically looking for someone who wants to earn between $100 and $400 per day, though You will experience days where there are no jobs and you get to stay home. But I can tell you, if you work 3 busy days per week (3 or 4 jobs per day), youll earn a nice weekly sum.
Duties include:
-Driving my van to jobs (clean license requirement)
-Carpet Cleaning (the Rotovac equipment I own makes it easy, and it does a great job cleaning)
-Upholstery Cleaning (couches, sectionals, chairs, lawn furniture)
-Tile/Grout Cleaning
- Earning Commissions of 20% on all Upsells you make! This includes selling and promoting Carpet Protector, Stain Spotting etc
-Cleaning our Equipment after each day of use.
-Able to lift 35 lbs or more moving equipment.
-Positive Attitude
-Respectful to customers.
-Delivering my promotional flyers door to door (this is optional if you need more hours)
