Seeking highly motivated individuals for painting technicians responsible for residential and commercial painting for both interior and exterior jobs. Immediate Full Time positions available for mainly exterior work which requires the ability and skill to be up on ladders. This is for experienced PAINTERS, not other types of construction workers. Position guaranteed through summer but for the right candidate, it could lead to year round work. Typically work Mon-Fri throughout Monmouth County. Voluntary occasional Saturdays. You must have your own tools and transportation. Will not accept applicants without a valid driver's license and US identification.
We offer competitive hourly pay rates commensurate with your experience, work ethic and pace.
Job Requirements:
MIN 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE with
brush and roll painting, masking, caulking, sanding, spackling, power washing,
sheet rock repair, wallpaper removal, etc. Spraying experience a plus.
US Citizen with a VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE. License has to be provided to be hired.
OWN A RELIABLE VEHICLE for transportation to job sites. Not negotiable.
Registration/Insurance card has to be provided to be hired.
Own hand tools to use on job - wiz roller, caulk gun, 5-in-1, oil & latex brushes, etc.
Must be over 25 with High School Diploma
Able to work independently or in a team environment
Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and guest skills.
Communication with management is an integral part of our success
Detail oriented, self-sufficient with ability to multi-task
Able to climb ladders, stairs and catwalks to work at heights over 50 feet
Able to push, pull or lift up to 50 lbs
Able to stand/walk up to 10 hours at a time
