Job Description
We are looking for HVAC SERVICE TECHS to join our team! You must posses the ability to service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems, mini splits, rooftops, standard hwh, tankless hwh, combi-boilers and standard boilers
Responsibilities:
Sell new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and assisting customers to evaluate repair v. replace.
Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.
Rotating on call schedule.
Perform routine preventative maintenance.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Previous 6-10 years experience in HVAC and other related fields.
Diagnostic skill and critical thinking required.
Ability to handle physical workload.
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Customer skills and service a must.
Cleanliness and neat presentation a must.
Ability to adhere to HVAC software program guidelines in field.
Valid Drivers License in good standing. Background check required on driving record.
NATE Certified a plus with paid CEU's.
