GC in Ocean County seeking a Remodeling & Restoration person with all or most of the skills listed:
Listed skills below. Those with a asterisk are a must have:
Bathroom & Kitchen Remodels
Finish Carpentry
Must know all facets of Laminates. Engineered, Pergo and Vinyl Flooring.
Must be able to do all aspects of tiling including bathrooms, kitchens ,backsplashes and exterior patio tile.
Light plumbing
Person should have some sheetrock and spackling ability for damage walls or wall that need to be replaced.
Ability to install shower pans and or shower floor liners a plus.
Windows, Doors and More.
Steady work for the right people with compensation based on what experience you bring to the table.
