A Central New Jersey site work and paving company is seeking experienced foreman. Minimum 8 years experience in the construction field with a minimum of 3 years as a foreman. Must be knowledgeable in earthwork, site utility work, grading & asphalt paving. Must be able to manage multiple tasks, run a crew, be responsible and organized. Must have good people skills and have a sense of urgency. Must be able to read & work with civil engineering plans & cut sheets. Must possess a valid drivers license and have reliable transportation. Experience with lap top computers for job management. Must be willing to follow all company policies and OSHA regulations for safe working procedures & environment.
