I would like a person that can develop a plan and execute a digital marketing, social media, influencers, blogs etc. for a growing online eCommerce company. Monitor google ad spend FB ads Instagram etc. Help redesign the site.
This key person will strategically drive that growth by developing company presence across numerous platforms. They will be responsible for driving traffic to and through their own websites and via external e commerce/social media platforms as well.
The position will involve both creative and formal analytical practices. They must be able to think entrepreneurial from a business standpoint, to thoroughly understand the market, competitive business c-commerce activities and possess in-depth knowledge as to the available relevant e commerce venues that will spike additional revenue. Additionally, this key person must be able to evaluate previous and new efforts and activities, providing detailed analysis of sales performance, positioning of products, pricing, marketing, planning and involvement in other parts of the business that will fuel the success of e commerce efforts and revenue generation.
Experience working with or understand Amazon, Wayfair and other platforms and their pricing, marketing and timelines planning.
The company is three-fold in structure: manufacturing, retail and e commerce. The ideal background would include work experience at a company with a similar business model, though that is not a requirement. Shoe or fashion experience is a major plus but not a requirement. Having held a similar role having achieved a high level of success through e commerce endeavors is a must.
The culture of the company is warm and highly entrepreneurial with open communication, valuing and embracing initiative, proactive thinking, ideas, opinions, critique from staff. It is international in nature. Someone coming from a loosely or fluidly defined role or mentality would work best as company is not rigidly structure.
