Junior IT Support Engineer Lakewood, NJ $40-50k We are looking for a Tech Support Engineer to support our warehouse operations and staff in resolving issues with computers, printers, phone deployment/configuration, and scanning guns. Tasks and Responsibilities
Support an office and warehouse environment
Manage and support Windows laptops and desktops.
Software installation and management for end users
Configure, deploy and manage desk phones
Mobile device management
Support and maintain printers
Support and maintain systems and applications
Low level system administration work on physical servers and VMware
Server and application backups
Design and prepare technical reports, presentations, or briefs
Setup up and support AV for conference room meetings
Able to support and interface with users from all levels
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent certifications required, and 2+ years of directly related experience
Experience managing a Microsoft environment, Helpdesk experience preferred
Advanced MS Excel experience required - V-lookups, pivot tables, etc.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must demonstrate sound troubleshooting skills and be able to follow through to resolve issues
Critical/Analytical thinking & advanced problem solving
Excellent communication, customer service, multi-tasking, time management and organization skills
Flexible hours, ability to work alternate late shift as needed
Must be a self-starter & highly motivated individual
