phone+Skype Job Description: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Develop and document various existing and new in-house and cloud-based applications to a very high standard. Work closely with business analyst and business unit leaders to design and maintain software that delivers efficiencies to CLIENT Analyze, design, program, test and document system modifications. Analyze and identify system performance issues, recoding bugs, testing fixes and implementing the solution identified Manage multiple projects or tasks as assigned by supervisor Ensure detailed system documentation is written of any changes that take place Work with departments/districts to identify software and reporting needs Develop and execute test plans and test cases. Other duties may be assigned as needed by CLIENT QUALIFICATIONS: Extensive experience with React, Angular 2+, JavaScript , HTML5 , ADO.NET, ADO.NET Data Services, Web Services (REST, SOAP), XML, ASP.NET, and .NET Security Experience in node.js is mandatory Experience with SQL Server database development Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft SQL Azure, and Microsoft AppFabric Good working knowledge of AGILE, ITIL or a related discipline Experience Developing software in ASP & VB.NET Able to Manage system development from requirements to final system sign off Must be a quick learner and should continuously strive to proactively learn new techniques. Must be a good team player willing to support and assist the IT team when required Participate in the System Development Life Cycle process documenting requirements, creating functional specifications, creating design documentation, implementation and support. Responsible for unit testing and development of test scripts Communicate with users of computer systems to ensure developed systems meet their needs and are performing properly. Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and development requirements. Very strong communication skills - both verbal and written Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to produce a quality work product on a deadline Solid Project Management Skills
