Description Plans, develops, and establishes policies and objectives of Marketing Department in accordance with objectives of the organization. Establish, communicate and maintain a consistent brand image across company owned and franchise owned cafés. Partner with the senior leadership team to develop strategies that create exceptional customer interactions with the Paris Baguette brand, including in-café experience, promotional communications, web and social media. Develop a clear understanding of the wants and needs of customers by combining market research, insights from operations and his/her own direct observations. Confers with customers and customer representatives to evaluate and promote possibilities for improved and expanded marketing strategies. Responsible for increasing customer visits and an engaged customer experience while driving revenue growth. Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans, products and programs through the use of appropriate marketing channels. Develop concepts and design for digital and printed branded materials including advertisements, collateral, and presentation materials Ensure consistent and cohesive design language and formats across all collateral and web/multimedia projects Determines method of display and sets prices of items to be sold in conformity with value and market. Directs sales aids, advertising, promotional programs, and field services. Ensure consistent and cohesive design language and formats across all collateral and web/multimedia projects. Manage, organize and maintain artworks for flawless file releasing and production. Be able to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects with high level of detail and accuracy. Take ownership and responsibility for assigned projects and interact with outside marketing partners (e.g., agencies, media buyers, print production vendors, etc.) to get our marketing materials out the door and into our venues. Hire, develop and manage a highly skilled and specialized creative team responsible for internal and external marketing efforts including all digital media experiences. Regularly review and manage Marketing Department Operating Standards and establish best practices to improve department efficiencies. Maintain an understanding of relevant laws and regulations for all promotions and communications. Directs preparation of reports. Plans and maintains budget. Obtain advice and partner with the appropriate subject matter experts when necessary. Other duties may be assigned.RequirementsMaster's degree, MBA in Marketing preferred and ten to fifteen years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
