Telecom management consultant Job Description:

• Circuit Orders & Provisioning with Multiple Carriers Data/Voice
• Service Orders
• Coordination of Service Delivery dates
• Coordination with Vendor/install staff and company staff
• Inventory Moves Adds and Changes
• Disconnect Services
• Maintain Inventory database for data and voice products for Rail, Bus and Corp Network
• Coordinate services with Vendor and PM to upgrade existing services
• Review billing summary invoices for accuracy
• Renegotiate circuit pricing of existing services, billing at tariff rates
• Provide Customer Vendor Contract documents and SLA as needed
• Review Contract Addendum/Renewals for verification and validation
• Distribution of Vendor documents specific to Project
• Maintain Customer Vendor Contact Information
• Troubleshooting with telco carriers
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Comprehensive verbal and written communication skills
