DescriptionAccountemps is searching for an Accounting Clerk, whose duties will be matching invoices to purchase orders/ vouchers, data entry, and assisting with Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R). This is a short-term temporary-to-full-time position located in the Newark, New Jersey area. Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Supporting the controller with accounting related needs
Filing
Heavy reporting within Excel Must have knowledge in pivot tables & vlookups

Accounts Payable (AP) experience desired
Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
Prior experience in Spreadsheet and ERP system
