Imagine your future with us.ABOUT THIS ROLEAs an Advanced Analytics Lead at Audible, you will drive the design, implementation, and delivery of Analytics solutions in a highly ambiguous and significantly complex problem space that will have a long-term impact on the business, organization, and technology. You will deliver solutions that address significantly large or endemic customer and business problems, and directly impact the goals of our Analytics, Marketing, Product and/or Content organizations. In addition, you will raise the bar on already well-developed sets of analytic, economic, scientific and financial frameworks that drive decisions across multiple marketing channels and product surfaces. With a “consulting mindset”, you will influence the organization towards adopting new approaches, concepts, and paradigms.ABOUT YOUYou are a “doer”, someone that can code at a very good level in SQL and Python, and deliver products or prototypes end-to-end (from conception, to design, to specification, to code, to test, to measurement, to presentation). Partner with data scientists, BIEs and business leaders to understand, conceive, design, code, test, measure and present ground breaking Analytics-, Science- and Data-products that bring Audible to the next stage on its way to a thought-leading, world-class Data-Driven business

Own some analytics product end-to-end, and contribute to others

Possess an in-depth knowledge of all relevant data sources, business intelligence technologies, data science and analytical tools – know what’s possible, in which direction to steer, and how to move fast with solutions, adjustments and recommendations

Communicate verbally or in writing to business customers and leadership to share insights and recommendations

5+ years of relevant experience in the areas of Strategic Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or Consulting in a digital environment or in a related field

Degree in science, economy, technology, mathematics or a related field

Demonstrated high achievement in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibility and independence

Strong experience working in ecommerce analytics, marketing analytics, experimentation/AB testing, membership/loyalty analytics and revenue management techniques

Strong experience in spearheading or supporting business initiatives through data-driven decision frameworks, in particular through the conception, execution, and measurement of experimental A/B plans, measurement frameworks, decision making systems, simulation and scenario tools, and data science models

Strong hands-on experience in developing data-driven products (ML models, forecasting tools, etc.) with programming languages (Python, R)

Strong expertise in scripting languages (such as SQL, VBA, etc.) and the tools (such as MS excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Experience in developing visualization tools and scorecards such as Tableau, Microstrategy, Shiny, etc., and analytics/presentation, and sharing business recommendations and their financial/customer impact with the stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

MS degree (Sciences, Operations Research (OR), Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar field), Business (MBA) or equivalent experience

Experience in a similar business environment (entertainment industry, subscriptions businesses, digital commerce)
