Job description:
5-7 years experience as a Business Analyst
Experience gathering and documenting requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria
Agile and JIRA experience desired
Strong knowledge of Corporate Actionsincluding Mandatory and Voluntary (stock split, rights issues, bonus, dividend/interest, DRIP, spinoffs, M&A)
Good understanding of Asset servicing process
Project manager or business analyst background
Track record working for large financial services firms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
