Job description:

  • 5-7 years experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Agile and JIRA experience desired
  • Strong knowledge of Corporate Actions including Mandatory and Voluntary (stock split, rights issues, bonus, dividend/interest, DRIP, spinoffs, M&A)
  • Good understanding of Asset servicing process
  • Project manager or business analyst background
  • Track record working for large financial services firms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
