As the Senior Full Stack .NET Developer and production support leader, you will become part of an elite team supporting the information technology applications and processes of Prudential's Mutual Funds business.

Your Required Skills:

  • Providing periodic on-call production incident management support for internal business applications and processes
  • Managing all aspects of a production support team with members in various time zones
  • Identifying, prioritizing, and tracking production incidents. Includes regularly interfacing with business partners
  • Developing support process improvements, documentation and metrics
  • Partner with application development teams to enforce development standards
  • Performing other related duties as assigned or requested

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Minimum 7-10 years' experience in software development
  • 5-7 years hands on experience with Microsoft .NET technologies including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, WebAPI, ADO.Net, Entity Framework, LINQ and .NETCORE.
  • 3+ years relevant experience in client-side technologies including Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, JSON, REST, NPM
  • Production support experience and strong leadership skills required
  • Experience using Microsoft SQL Server - creating Views, Indexes, Tables, Stored Procs, Triggers and User defined Functions required
  • Strong experience in OOPS concepts required
  • Knowledge of Autosys, JIRA, TFS and Azure DevOps/GitHub preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Able to work equally well independently and in a team environment
  • Able to manage multiple tasks at a time while meeting all project dedications
  • Flexible enough to succeed whether assigned larger project initiatives or routine maintenance and support tasks.
  • Experience with financial services applications preferred
  • Knowledge of mutual funds business a plus
