Description
Assisting in developing and implementing the execution of the annual audit plan related to certain of the Prudential International Insurance information technology (IT)/information security (IS) areas.
Serving as an IT and IS expert to auditors in different countries and serving both vertical and horizontal IT and IS audit coverage.
Providing frequent coaching and guidance to the audit teams while managing multiple audit projects under the agile audit methodology.
Leveraging data analytics and test automation in support of dynamic risk assessment and audit design & execution.
Leading audit engagements by leveraging agile methodologies.
Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with Audit Department executives and staff as well as key business partners in the businesses and related functions to facilitate the execution of the audit plan as well as the sharing of observations, information, and ideas.
Partnering with audit teams across the globe to achieve consistent, coordinated, coverage of IT and IS related risks and controls.
Monitoring risks, issues, and industry trends throughout the year with the goal of developing and communicating a view as to the design and effectiveness of the processes and controls related to the Emerging Market businesses and technology/security domains.
Prepare/approve audit scope, program, and audit approach for each audit assignment
Remaining current with industry views on cloud, cyber security, DevOps, information security and other information technology related topics.
Assisting with developing a talent strategy for the audit team that is consistent with Company and Department goals and objectives.
Utilizing shared resources including co-sourcing in a matrix working environment.
Partner with in-country auditors to drive consistent information technology and information security audit coverage across all Emerging Markets assessable units.
Assist Portfolio Manager with continuous monitoring meetings, year over year audit coverage, aggregation of key issues for SLT member, and key stakeholder meetings within PII and INTL.
