Requirement Salesforce CRM Tester
Location : Newark , NJ/NY
Below is the JD for SA profile
Need someone having Lead role.
7 to 10 years of experience in Software Testing
Minimum 3+ years of experience in SFDC (Salesforce functional Testing )
Strong hands on experience in manual Testing across all phases
Good in communication and customer handling skills
Hands-on experience in any of the Test management tool HP ALM/JIRA / Grid and
Nice to have Automation experience tools like Selenium
Test Cases (Test Scripts) development, Execution & maintenance using Selenium
Ability to work in agile model, able to contribute in planning, grooming, retro meeting, etc.,
Experience in Requirement understanding, Test Case design, Test Case execution, reporting defects
Ability to mentor team and Test Case / Script review & feedback to the team
Sharing the status report to the different stake holders
Identify technical & Product training needs for team
Able to Prepare and share the daily status and weekly status reports with Stakeholders
Able to capture the required test metrics , work with stakeholders to maintain the SLA
