Talent Acquisition Sourcer/Recruiter to serve as a diversity talent sourcer for diversity focus areas and target groups.
Responsibilities include:Reporting to the Workforce Development Manager, sourcer will develop and support appropriate sourcing strategies and action plans based on the organizations' open positions and the long-term need of the businesses.Create strategic partners and relationships with diverse organizations that serve diversity focus areas and target groups (i.e., women in union roles, individuals with disabilities, etc.).Interface with Line of Business Management in support of their sourcing activities to attract females, people of color, individuals with disabilities and veterans. Support local management in hiring initiatives.Collaborates with recruitment staff and leadership to implement best practices for sourcing strategies, maintain an innovative approach to how this can be successfully accomplished using all available tools and resources.Track outreach to diverse community partners to measure which relationships are the most effective. Track and record referrals and communications with each organization to facilitate reporting.Own candidate relationships all the way to the point of an interview. Recommend and drive improvements with recruiters and interviewing teams to effectively screen and assess talent.Coordinate and participate in career fairs, diversity-sourcing events/initiatives.Deliver results with little supervision and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and candidates.
Seasoned Recruiter with 10 years experienceSourcing for Veteran, Women, people of color, people with disability, Union rolesStrategic partnership experience to course for these rolesWill be responsible to their program: They have a program designed to build more diversity, post job to strategic partners/alliances to identify to hire resource and develop in a particular roleFamiliar working with diverse organizations or diverse sourcingWill do the sourcing, posting of job, working with HM's for these jobs, work with LOBsATS experience - any ATSATS - SuccessFactors, SAP - nice to haveUtility, Construction, Power, Energy industry experienceExperience with talent acquisition recruiting/sourcingDiversity sourcing/recruiting experience is nice to haveExperience using Applicant Tracking systemGood communication, organization and coordination skills
