Communications Specialist (Temp 2 years)Location: New Brunswick, NJPay: $32//hourlyIdentify, source, write and publish stories success stories and wins for intranet, aimed at both a departmental and enterprise-wide audience.
Ideate, develop agendas and presentations, manage logistics for and execute large-scale virtual team meetings including deep-dive learning sessions, Town Hall meetings and other virtual team events.
Develop and execute communications plans for specific initiatives, including: Key message development, Audience analysis, Channel strategy, Metrics and measurement.
Support executive communications including planning, message development and distribution.
Support change communications for large-scale projects, including drafting communications and working with regional teams to distribute.
Contribute to and populate existing communications metrics to assess efficacy and needed strategy / approach changes.
Candidate should have experience:
Supporting internal communications for large, multi-national companies
Writing for online channels (email, intranet) and social media platforms
Interfacing with all levels of employees at large companies, including senior leaders; and Developing measurement systems (surveys, etc.) and measuring communications metrics.
Requirements:Graphic creation and design
Web site content architecture and design
Video creation and editing.
Proficiency in Power Point is preferred.
Familiarity in video tool Animaker is a plus, as he/she will be editing to to create mp4 videos that will be hosted on client's stream site.
Must have skill in writing and editing, preferable using AP Style.
Writing for online audiences.
Developing communications plans and strategies based on data and metrics.
Design and graphics creation skills a plus.
Video creation and editing skills a strong plus.
