Through internal communications, public relations, and corporate communications, you’ll provide a wide range of marketing and communications services to internal and external audiences. These include current and future clients, our current and future employees, alumni, regulators, the media and the communities within which we operate.The opportunityYou’ll be responsible for supporting the design, development, quality and management of the internal and/or external communications initiatives to support our Talent communications. This will include communications for Well-Being, Benefits, , Compensation, Corporate Responsibility, DEI and other Americas Talent priority programs and initiatives.Your key responsibilitiesYou’ll support the business function’s communication strategy, working with the communications team and internal and external stakeholders to support the function’s objectives. You’ll identify content opportunities, engage with subject-matter resources, secure appropriate reviews, and approvals, and edit as needed. You’ll manage and develop communications on channels including email, newsletters, websites, Daily News/EY Homepage, press releases, social media and more. By leveraging communications knowledge and expertise, you’ll ensure consistent messaging across disciplines including media relations, public relations, and sponsorships. In working with service lines, industry and/or functional groups, you’ll develop a communication plan for specific client groups. You’ll also identify potential news angles and liaison with media for interviews with EY subject-matter resources.Skills and attributes for successStrong organizational skills, time management skills, attention to detail and quality, and the ability to meet deadlines

Demonstrates understanding of advanced principles and concepts for communications

Works independently on communications activities, occasionally manages the work of others

Under the direction of the communications team leader, supports development, project management and execution of multi-channel campaigns, collateral, online experiences, and social media for Well-being, Corporate Responsibility and other Talent Team priority programs and initiatives.

Strong writing skills: Helps identify content, engage with subject matter experts, write articles, secure the appropriate reviews and approvals, and edit as needed

Strong internal client-facing skills: Works with Talent professionals that support Benefits, Compensation, Americas Corporate Responsibility, DEI, Learning and Brand, Marketing and Communications leaders to develop a marketing and communications plans for Talent.

Strong internal networking skills: Works to create productive relationships with internal resources such as our creative, technology and global teams to help develop and implement communications initiatives

Strong transactional skills: Helps to manage review and approval process and Unily content management, updates communications calendars, and works with internal publication and distribution editors to implement communications.

Assists in managing the budget for communications initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree with a marketing or communications major or equivalent work experience

Ideally, you’ll also haveDemonstrated project management skills

Ability to assist in managing budget for communication initiatives
