Finance Manager - multiple SBU's

Finance Manager
Manage the preparation of budgets, forecasts and accounting activities
Preparation of regulatory and financial reporting as required, and ensures compliance
Provide financial oversight of all contracts
Banking (deposits, transfers, reconciliation, etc.)
Coordination of all insurance and registration coverage for the fleet and company (Property & Liability, Directors, vehicle, etc.)
Supervisor of finance department employees ( 3)
Monitoring Rent collection of properties
Develops policies and procedures to control and report financials.
Oversight of accounts payable/receivable.
Work closely with the CEO and President
ï This is a leadership position, therefore general management duties such as scheduling, hiring, and carrying out performance evaluations will be necessary. The manager is involved with creating strategic plans regarding the company's finances; this includes both accounting duties and financial analyses and projections. The finance team should identify risks and areas in need of improvement so the company can identify mistakes before they come to realization and further increase profits.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher level of education
CPA is a Plus
5 - 8 years accounting/financial experience
Strong teamwork skills
Supervisory Experience Preferred
