Small but well-established industrial hardware company has an immediate requirement for an experienced and reliable Full-Charge Bookkeeper with strong interpersonal skills that will report directly to our company president. We will train you to become proficient using our legacy accounting system.
We will not consider resumes from freelance bookkeeping or accounting services.
Minimal skills requires proficiency in utilizing Outlook365, Sharepoint, MS Word, Excel and must be comfortable with the internet.
The following tasks will include but not be limited to the following:
Accounts Receivable: posting receipts, billing and collections (collections are minimal)
Accounts Payable: posting vendor invoices, received goods, credit debits, draft checks
Bank and credit card reconciliations including online merchant accounts
Monthly closings to include (minimal) manual GL posting
Payroll Hours and PTO reporting (we use a payroll service)
Sales Tax filing (monthly)
Insurance audits¯(annually)

Prior experience with fasteners or hardware
Prior experience in customer service, sales or purchasing
