Five[5]years ago we developed relationships with over 3700 Property Managers matching them to contractors that joined our company with their special areas of expertise.The contractors gained an abundance of work and by our marketing and they were well received. They gained numerous jobs through our programs with Property Managers.We became the marketing -sales experts for the contractors who paid us 10%. We worked to assist the Property Managers while gaining decent profits for the contractors.We were fully involved in pricing to make certain every job was priced fair for all parties involved. This cultivation process for the Property Managers put us in a league of our own,making us, unique,one of a kind and a decade ahead of our time.

The major format that gained us trust was implementing honest retired builders who made certain exactly what was required and this created a bond with the Property Managers.
