European Auto Expo, a well-established luxury and exotic car dealership serving the Tri-State area for over 28 years, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our professional team. We are looking for someone friendly, reliable, and organized who can deliver excellent customer support and help maintain our high standard of service.
Position: Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments
Assist customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and courtesy
Provide information about vehicles, appointments, and services
Handle general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, and scheduling
Communicate effectively with the sales and management teams
Maintain a clean and organized front-desk environment

Requirements:
Prior customer service or receptionist experience preferred
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (email, CRM, scheduling software is a plus)
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
