Our office team, located in Journal Square, Jersey City, is looking to fill Customer Service Account Representative positions for full-time, long-term work to start this week. We are looking to hire immediately and provide full and comprehensive training, so no previous customer service experience is necessary, but beneficial for those looking to move up quickly in the ranks of our company. Management experience is a plus as we are looking to promote managers to grow within our company in the near future.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Process applications and verify information
-Fill out any paperwork assigned
-Answer any questions the customers may have
-Review qualifications of customers
-Verify customer accounts
Compensation:
- Weekly income ($750 ote)
- Base salary plus bonuses (Not Commission Based)
- 401k, HEALTH, VISION, and DENTAL BENEFITS
*Starting pay will be discussed at the time of your interview
Available Shifts:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm & Saturday 10am - 5pm.
Monday - Friday 11am - 8pm & Saturday 10am - 5pm
