Liberty, a leader in the environmental waste industry, is looking for an in-bound sales associate to join our team. A tremendous opportunity for someone who works well independently, demonstrates resourcefulness, takes initiative, enjoys problem-solving, and is comfortable converting leads to orders. Previous sales and/or customer service experience is preferred, but not required. Opportunity for future promotion and bonus. Compensation: $12.00 per hour (guaranteed), plus $500.00-$750.00 in bonus commission per month
Employment Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
Job description:
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fasted-paced phone environment
- Strong customer service and sales skills (closing inbound phone orders)
- Willingness to be persistent, hard working, and resourceful
- Microsoft Outlook required, knowledge of CRM and windows-based invoicing system is a plus
- Home office must have high-speed internet and computer
