We are hiring for both full time and part time for both assistants and lead teachers as our school enrollment is rapidly rebuilding.
The full time position MUST be available any hours between 7am and 6pm, Monday through Friday. The exact shifts hours will be determined based on the classroom placement, but it is 40 hours per week.
The part time positions are 10-15 hours per week Monday through Friday! 3pm-6pm, 4pm-6pm, 12pm-3pm and 7am-9am and involve covering lunches or bringing children into and out of school at drop off/pick up time.
The Goddard School in Fairfield is seeking versatile, enthusiastic and experienced early childhood educators/teachers to assist and support our lead teachers. We have openings for early childhood education professionals at various age levels from infants through Pre K as our school is rapidly growing!
To be considered for hire you must:
1. Be available to work the designated shifts above for either full time or part time
2. Be proficient with technology as our faculty uses iPads throughout the day as a form of communication with parents. Great writing communication skills is required as this is main source of communication with parents since they can not enter the building at this time.
3. PRIOR EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A LARGE LICENSED PRESCHOOL TYPE SETTING is ideal, but prior experience working with children in general is REQUIRED!
We are looking to make an immediate hires with the starting rate of $13-$13.50 for assistants and up an hour for leads with the possibility of future increases based on performance and parent feedback.
