A warn and happy family with nice living environment seeks a full time experienced and energetic Home Daycare Helper to take care a handicap/neuro symptoms teenage boy. You will be responsible for encouraging his intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and creative. Responsibilities
Initiate games and activities that are developmentally appropriate
Follow a daily and weekly schedule
Provide basic care and caregiving activities
Help to evaluate child to ensure he is reaching developmental milestones
Communicate with parents and update them on his activities
Qualifications
Previous experience as a daycare teaching aide or childcare provider
Strong understanding of child development
Patient, kind, and nurturing
