Mobility Elevator & Lift Company is a fast growing company specializing in residential luxury elevator applications and commercial handicap accessibility lifts and elevators. We have a well established 30 year track record of leadership in our field among Architects and General Contractors. We have an immediate opening for an experienced project manager / coordinator.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Order shop drawings & prepare submittal packages.
2) Visit project sites, make evaluations, and recommendations.
3) Communicate with project architects, general contractors, building owners, etc.
4) Managing projects, ordering equipment and supervising installation
Experience:
1) A minimum of 3 years experience in a related position is desirable.
2) 2 year associates construction/technical degree is desirable.
3) Experience with elevators, HVAC, electrical or other construction related trades is a plus.
4) Microsoft Office experience required. AUTOCAD knowledge also a plus.
We Offer:
1) Full time salaried position.
2) Compensation base salary in the range of $40,000 to $50,000 based upon experience.
