Candidates must be very friendly, warm and attentive individuals with strong communication skills. We require staff to have a desire to learn, and work well as a team.
HIRING FOR SERVERS:
Servers must have 2 years dining experience.
Must have basic drink knowledge and the ability to use a POS.
We are only looking for people who are excited to be a part of a team!
Servers will be responsible for greeting guests with a smile, answering food and drink questions, taking orders, delivering food, and making sure the guests are enjoying their Bareburger experience.
MUST BE AVAILABLE NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS.
HIRING FOR BARTENDERS:
Minimum 2 years bartending experience.
Must be comfortable handling a 15 seat bar on a busy night.
Must be comfortable using a POS.
Bartenders will be responsible for greeting bar guests, taking food and drink orders properly, and preparing drinks for everyone.
MUST BE AVAILABLE NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS.
