Autumn French American Restaurant is looking for a highly skilled lead-bartender/mixologist with with fine-dining experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating and maintaining an exciting menu of seasonal craft cocktails, gin,tequila, bourbon, scotch upscale creative cocktails
- Maintaining our bar and ensuring that ingredients are prepared and well stocked
- Training other bar staff on proper execution of classic and specialty cocktails.
The right person will uplift the dining and beverage experience for customers. We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role, with new ideas to bring to our specialty cocktail program.
Keep in mind that duties may require working in shifts and/or occasionally during weekends and holidays.
