Position: Host / Reservationist
Location: Verana, Norwood NJ
Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time (Evenings & Weekends required)
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
Manage reservations and floor flow through OpenTable
Communicate clearly with management and service teams
Handle guest inquiries by phone and in person
Maintain an organized and polished front desk and entry area
Requirements:
Prior host, reservationist, or front desk experience in upscale dining preferred
Excellent communication and guest-service skills
Grace under pressure in a busy environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
Team-player attitude
