Overview:
We are a growing chef-driven, fast casual food service company based out of Jersey City, NJ. 2019 is an exciting year for us as we are growing our business into brick and mortar locations along with our mobile food truck business. As we grow, we are in need of fresh new talent to help us continue expanding our presence in Northern NJ and greater NYC. To do so we are looking for both trained cooks and customer service focused managers. Here is what we need:
Shift Managers:
- Food industry experience is a major plus, but anyone with a passion for food and customer service will be considered
- Customer facing experience such as greeting, order taking, upselling and order expedition is a huge plus
- Cash consolidation and daily reporting on sales and inventory experience
- Team management and customer issue resolution skills
- Ability to drive 20 foot long food truck units from kitchen to events and back
- ServSafe Food Manager Certificate required. Can be in process.
Cooks:
- Previous work in a fast paced kitchen environment is a must. All levels will be considered.
- ServSafe Food Handling Certificate is a must
Bi-lingual English and Spanish is a plus. Full time and part time positions are available. Nights and weekends are a must
