Prep Cook needed. Morning hours (7:30am start). Must have 1-2 years experience in the job offered. No responses will be considered without submitting an actual resume / note that outlines your work history. This is a full time position: 40 hours per week, 5 day schedule.
Requirements:
+ Be able to read and follow recipes
+ Prep all hot and cold food
+ Prep all dressing and marinades
+ Operate oven and hot prep equipment. Ensure cooked food reaches proper temps
+ Operate robot coupe and all cold food prep equipment
+ Maintain clean and sanitized work station throughout shift
+ Set up and break down work stations
+ Learn menu
+ Receive, inspect and store inventory and deliveries
Physical Requirement:
+ Must be able to comfortably lift and carry 50lbs
+ Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Note: pay will be every two weeks via payroll check (NOT CASH)
