Our Fishmonger/Raw Bar Team Member will need to provide exceptional customer service to our shoppers. As a part of our Seafood team, you must have the ability to handle all aspects of cutting, weighing and processing all types of fish and seafood items. It is important that you are able to educate and recommend products to our customers.
Job Responsibilities
Provide incredible service to our customers
Set up fish case and raw bar daily
Inspect deliveries and product to ensure they meet our high standards
Filet, Cut & Debone Fish to customers preference
Open shellfish and execute other raw bar dishes
Assists and prevent spoilage when able
Keep shelves stocked with fresh products
Take orders, weigh & package product, and help customers locate what they need
Unpack daily deliveries and stock cases, displays and coolers with new and existing products/inventory
Efficiently use POS system to ring up customers
Set-up, break down and maintain clean work stations throughout the day.
Experience Required
Restaurant, Food, Grocery Experience Required
Fish Cutting & Seafood Handling Preferred
3 - 4 Days Per Week
