Same Day Surgery Center is in search of a professional, reliable, presentable and extremely courteous individual who will be responsible for patient registration, answering incoming phone calls, scanning and filing medical records.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK NIGHTS, EARLY MORNING SATURDAYS AND ONE SUNDAY A MONTH
VERY IMPORTANT THE APPLICANT BE PUNCTUAL AND HAVE FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE TO BE ABLE TO PICK UP MORE HOURS. TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED SO WE REQUEST ONLY SERIOUS APPLICANTS PLEASE.
ONLY apply if you meet the following requirements and are flexible with work schedule:
AVAILABLE TO WORK LATE HOURS AND ALSO WEEKENDS (including 1 Sunday a month).
Must have previous experience working in a medical office/health care facility due to high speed environment and know how to address patients while in waiting room, attend to their needs.
Have EXCELLENT phone manner and be comfortable with intercom paging
MUST BE BILINGUAL Spanish / English due to patient population.
Familiarity with all HIPPA regulations for patient care in health care facilities.
