Our client, a global Healthcare company, is looking for an enthusiastic Junior Recruiter/Sourcer in Morris County. In this role, you will be a part of a team-oriented environment that aims to excel together.
Salary/Hourly Rate: $20-23/hr DOE
Position Overview: The Junior Recruiter/Sourcer will work normal business hours of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday with some overtime as necessary. The office is located in Parsippany, NJ.
Responsibilities of the Junior Recruiter/Sourcer:
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to understand staffing needs and develop a proactive, innovative sourcing/recruitment strategy to attract and recruit top Healthcare/Pharma talent
Proactively source talent via ATS, social media, professional communities, associations, networking, referrals, as well as other innovative sourcing methods
Support the Talent Acquisition Team in sourcing candidates
Search open job requisitions wile supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager
Utilize job boards to identify candidates
Conduct phone screens & face to face interviews
Expert knowledge of hiring processes and interview methods
Make offers, execute offer letters & coordinate new hire onboarding
Qualifications for the Junior Recruiter/Sourcer:
1-3 years of Healthcare/Pharma experience in sourcing, talent research or assessment preferred
Knowledge, understanding, and experience with sourcing strategies and techniques that result in sustained hires
Strong organizational skills including prioritization, time management, and follow-up
Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
Attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency
Experience with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn preferred
Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Pharmaceutical and/or Healthcare recruiting/sourcing experience
Education Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Resources or related area
