As a Senior Recruiter, you will drive recruiting for many roles across the company, such as technology, product management and operations. You'll work as part of a high-performing team in an environment that fosters and encourages quick thinking, assertiveness, creative sourcing, and a proactive approach to recruiting.
You'll partner with HR business partners and business leaders to drive talent acquisition strategies. In addition, you'll develop and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers while nurturing a strong pipeline of candidates.
This is a 6 month assignment.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
â¢Serve as primary contact for the full lifecycle recruitment of a variety of positions across multiple functions and locations
â¢Facilitate and manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including strategy, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer preparation and negotiation
â¢Provide a consultative approach when working with hiring managers and HR business partners
â¢Meet or exceed performance metrics
â¢Maintain robust candidate pipeline, and place strong focus on the candidate experience
â¢Provide accurate, timely reports and communication to recruiting management, hiring managers, and HR business partners
â¢Assess recruiting process, identify improvement opportunities, and participate in / lead enterprise improvement initiatives
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
â¢5 or more years' experience in full life-cycle recruiting in a corporate environment
â¢Ability to establish and maintain credibility with corporate executives and management
â¢Proven success in recruiting a broad range of complex positions, including highly technical roles
â¢Experience with SLAs and recruiting metrics
â¢Knowledge in all phases of full life-cycle recruiting
â¢Extensive experience using an ATS
â¢History of successful interaction with senior-level business executives
â¢Experience adhering to OFCCP laws
â¢Must be willing and able to travel up to 25%. Travel will typically occur in the U.S. during the business week.
â¢Strong negotiation skills: the ability to close candidates throughout the process and defend against counteroffers
â¢Must be reasonably tech-savvy and possess intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
â¢Must be able to manage competing demands and accept constructive feedback
â¢Excellent project management & communications skills
â¢Must have experience handling confidential information discreetly
â¢Agency experience strongly preferred
