We’re launching a high-quality residential cleaning service in Bergen County and are looking for a capable, trustworthy professional who can contribute in multiple ways—from hands-on cleaning to advising on operations to managing staff as we grow.

About the Opportunity
Depending on your experience, strengths, and interests, this role may include:
Consultant / Advisor: Help shape systems, pricing, supplies, training, and operational processes.
Lead Cleaner/Team Lead: Combine hands-on cleaning with team leadership—overseeing jobs, coaching cleaners, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Manager: Estimate jobs, communicate with clients, and close new accounts from company-generated leads.

Hands-on cleaners who have managed, trained, or mentored others and are ready for more responsibility, OR
Experienced team leads, supervisors, or senior housekeepers, OR
Current or former cleaning business owners
