Seeking an Independent Contractor to perform Insurance based Residential Property surveys in Bloomfield, NJ and the surrounding areas. Applicants must have reliable transportation and be able to accurately photograph, measure, and complete survey forms of residential properties.
Qualifications
-Must be able to submit reports in on-time by mandatory due dates.
-Must be able to provide an accurate and quality report defined by client specifications.
-Professionalism, Accountability, & Communication Skills
-Basic-Intermediate Computer Skills
-High Speed Internet
-Camera with minimum 10X zoom
-Windows Based Computer System
-Must pass background check
Position Details
-Experience is extremely preferred, but not required for the right candidate
-Part-time contract work available based on territory and volume
-Pay is based on a flat fee per inspection completed
