FOOD & BEVERAGE (Age Requirement: 16+)
Attendant (Age Requirement: 16+) Serve guests in an outlet setting. Act as cashier and food server. Responsible for food/drink preparation, stocking, cleanliness of the food area.
GUEST EXPERIENCE AMBASSADOR (Age Requirement: 16+)
Guest Experience Ambassador Assist with the guest experience from purchases of passes/tickets, resolve guest issues, lost and found, and general guest assistance. This position rotates through various station.
RESORT APPEARANCE (Age Requirement: 18+)
Attendant-Responsible for the cleanliness of the interior of the facility. Cleaning to include offices, hallways, bathrooms, storage spaces, retail space, and various other locations, to promote a clean and organized work environment.
LIFT MAINTENANCE/OPERATION (Age Requirement: 18+)
Lift Mechanic Assist with the safe onboarding of guests, troubleshoot and fix lift issues. Conduct preventative maintenance on lifts.
OUTFITTING (Age Requirement: 16+)
Outfitters- Assist guests with proper fitting of rental boots, adjustment of rental equipment, outfitting gear, and general guest assistance through the rental process. Employees will rotate through various positions.
RETAIL (Age Requirement: 16+)
Retail Associate Assist guests and actively sell, fit, stock, and inventory retail merchandise. Be a resource of industry knowledge with regards to merchandise.
SKI PATROL (Age Requirement: 18+)
Ski Patroller Ensure a safe environment for the guests from opening to close. Act as a first responder to any injury. Conduct accident investigation and maintain records. Must be a expert skier or rider.
SNOW AMBASSADOR (Age Requirement: 18+)
Snow Ambassador- Ensure a safe and fun on-snow experience for our guest. Including: Assist guests with lesson preparation and activities, guiding guests through the TBL process, assist guests through the Snow Play area. Ensure safety of all guests. This position rotates through various stations on snow.
SNOWMAKING/GROOMING/MECHANIC (Age Requirement 18+)
Snowmaker/Groomer/Mechanic- Ensure snow coverage in a safe and efficient manner. Work rotating shifts days, nights, and weekends, during inclement weather conditions. Provide equipment operation and on hill set-up. Learn how to efficiently shape snow for optimal guest experience. Efficiently have knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance. Three years heavy equipment experience required, vehicle mechanic experience, previous ski industry experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
