RFDS is a fast-growing wireless infrastructure contractor serving the NY/NJ/CT Tri-state area.
We are looking to expand our personnel base of all levels of experience from Basic construction knowledge to advanced wireless installers, climbers and site foreman.
Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new projects and the ability to adjust and keep up with customer demands.
Immediate positions available.
RFDS is looking for individuals that may not have wireless construction experience but have basic construction knowledge to be trained in the wireless field. We provide full certifications from OSHA, CPR, First Aid, RF Awareness and Comtrain climbing and rescue in house.
As a full-service provider, we work for most of the country's largest wireless carriers, neutral hosts, and large general contractors.
RFDS performs all installation, upgrade, and maintenance services related to tele-data communication systems, including:
Macro cell sites
Small cell sites
Fiber networks
Our experienced team performs all project and construction management, and we use a combination of in-house crews and subcontractors to deliver on all trades. Our civil construction crews are employed for building new cell sites, and any project requiring steel, masonry or carpentry work, digging/trenching, cranes or rigging. Our electricians perform all upfront electrical work, install generators, battery backup systems, and more. Our tele-data technicians install and test RF antennas, fiber and coaxial cables, and microwave systems, and all are professional, certified Comtrain climbers.
RFDS offers full time employment with Health, Dental and Eye insurance after 30 days of employment
Applicant Requirements:
Valid Drivers License
Able to pass a drug test
Hand tools including an impact or cordless drill (Specialty tools and heavy power tools are provided)
Ability to lift heavy objects
Prior construction experience
Pay rate starting at $15/hr
