Position offered:
Associate Attorney -- NY bar required. This associate attorney will support the New York workers' compensation defense practice at Lois LLC, where we defend employers in claims made by their employees. This position involves client contact, pre-litigation counseling, and trial work. Experience with workers' compensation matters is preferred.
This associate will work out of the New Jersey (Paramus) office of Lois LLC. The majority of the hearings will be attended virtually from the Paramus office. Travel is required to New York Metropolitan hearing points on a per case basis.
This is a full-time position. Compensation is based on experience and includes a full benefits package, including 401(k), health, vision, dental, life, and long-term disability. The Firm also provides or reimburses all CLE requirements, all professional license fees, and encourages bar membership and activity.
