Our client, a large Paramus, NJ-based REIT with significant holdings in shopping centers and regional malls, is looking for a junior to mid-level attorney on a 2-3-month temporary basis. The right candidate has about 3 or more years of commercial real estate experience (either law firm or in-house) with a special emphasis on commercial leasing. This position is scheduled to start in a week or so and should last well into the summer/early fall. (The company is also trying to get authorization for a permanent attorney hire, so eventual permanent conversion is a possibility). Commute from Manhattan via mass transit is approximately 1 hour.
Additional opportunity with a mid-sized Manhattan law firm also looking for a commercial leasing associate on a permanent basis, compensation in the $140K range. Firm is well known for their mentoring of junior level candidates. Please send resume for immediate consideration.
