Client Acquisition and Relations Specialist (Full Time 36K-40K)
$14 per hour plus monthly commission bonuses
Position is available immediately and office based (in Scotch Plains, NJ)
Looking for someone who is motivated, detail oriented, organized, accurate, and has excellent time management and communication skills to grow with our company.
Job Responsibilities:
Role requires direct contact with clients and potential clients both with customer service and new client acquisitions.
Duties include 50% of time spent on phone/email working with new client acquisitions and rest of time mainly data entry, mailing, mail merges, scanning and basic office tasks. Heavy outbound calling
Meet monthly productivity and performance metrics
Perform other team related tasks as needed
Job Requirements
1 year of proven successful sales/recruitment/telemarking or similar experience
Personable with great custom service, communication and phone skills
Effective/persuasive communication and negotiation skills
Persistent follow up skills
Great attention to detail and organized
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
Team player and custom service driven
Local candidates preferred
Package Overview
Full time: Starting at 32 hours per week (Monday through Thursday) for 90 days
Then transitioning to 40 hours per week. Monday through Thursday (in office), Fridays are work from home days
Compensation starts at $14 per hour plus monthly commission bonuses. Total target compensation is $36,000-$40,000
